How to submit your return: |

- If you have an account with us, log into your account on our website and select "Order History", then select “Request Return” in the Order History page |

- Please select the product(s) you want to return and provide the reason of your return. |

Return option 1: Download and print return label |
|
- Once you submit your return form, you will be able to download your return label from our site or from the return confirmation email you receive from us. The return label is pre-paid and pre-addressed. No additional postage is required. A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund amount for using the return label provided. |

Return option 2: Send it yourself |
|
We highly recommend for our customers to use the pre-paid return label. However, if you do not wish to use the return label provided, you can send the item back to our address. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note, Comfortlead is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us and you will be returning the package at your own expense. Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 2 days to the account you paid with. |
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles with their original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. |
